It is with great pleasure and enthusiasm that I welcome you into the year 2025 in good health to the Akosombo River View and Island Property Owners Association (ARVIPOA) community. As the Chairman of this remarkable association, I am honored to lead a collective effort towards building a sustainable, secure, and technologically advanced community in the beautiful Akosombo region.

The Smart Pillar and Boundary System, The Smart River Barricade (SRB), Intelligent Digital Electricity and Internet Supply Transponder (IDEIST), Intelligent Property and Utility Management System (IPUMS), Air Monitoring Observation System (AMOS), and the Mixed Reality Visio Eye Ware (MR VIEW) are testaments to our commitment to technological advancement, security, and sustainable practices.
