Building Plan,

Building Permit Number,

AMC Permit Number(Fire, Police, EPA and others inclusive Akosombo properties only),

Indenture Number (Signed by Traditional Council or the appropriate family or owner),

Land Title or Concurrence Number (Optional but Important).
